The Shamrock attitude about food is the same as its attitude about beer. Chef Gordon Cossar “Chef Gordo” only uses the freshest ingredients and everything is “house made” including our salad dressings and desserts. Simply put; we serve the kind of food we want to eat...and of course we cook with our beer. Something that good cannot be reserved entirely for drinking!
Chef gordo serves a variety of pub fare and American cuisine, including daily pub (pot) pies, fish & chips, beer braised Irish pot roast, Irish boxty and of course corned beef and cabbage. Don’t miss our Irish Blarney Cheese ale soup, fresh salads and creative sandwiches. Our dinner menu features favorites such as Blue Corn Meal Crusted Rainbow Trout and Charbroiled 12 oz New York Strip with bourbon glazed mushrooms and onions. Chef Gordo’s daily fresh specials are always hearty and creative! For dessert try our signature Black Forest Porter Cheese Cake made with our traditional Irish Porter.
